Return Policy

Hey there! We totally understand that sometimes the fit or style just isn’t quite right. Please understand that we are a small, local business. We put out new styles everyday, and buy in small quantities. As a result, our product turnover is 14 days, and so is our return policy.  Our customers prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product.

Here’s our return policy:

General Return Guidelines

•       Return Window: You can return merchandise within 14 days of your purchase.

•       Condition: Please make sure items are unworn, unused, and still in their original packaging. We can’t accept items with stains (like makeup or deodorant), odors (like perfume or smoke), or pet hair.

•       Final Sale Items: Just a heads up—sale items are final sale and can’t be returned.

•       Return Options: You can return items in-store or by mail.

 

Shipping Costs

•       Return Shipping: If you’re sending items back via mail, please note that return shipping costs are on you.

 

Credit Information

•       Store Credit: All returns will be issued as store credit. You can use this credit for future purchases, both in-store and online, and it never expires!

•       Exchange Policy: If you want to exchange for a different size, make sure the item:

◦     Is unworn

◦     Is unwashed

◦     Has the original tags attached

◦     Includes the original receipt

•       Final Sale Items: Just a reminder, all sale items are final sale.

Because our inventory moves quickly, the easiest way to exchange an item is to go ahead and grab the size you want before it sells out.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Purchase the new size on our website
  2. Start a return for the original item using our Start a Return link
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your store credit
